Cookies used on the platform, their purposes, and how you can manage your preferences.

This Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies in the Anaduyu MYS service provided by Anaduyu Yazılım ("Company", "we") at anaduyu.com.tr and related *.anaduyu.com.tr subdomains. For general information on the processing of personal data, see the Privacy Policy.

1. What is a cookie?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser or on your device. Similar technologies may include local storage (localStorage) and session storage. Cookies are used for purposes such as maintaining a session, security, remembering preferences and measuring service quality.

3. Types of cookies we use

3.1. Strictly necessary (essential) cookies

These are required for the platform to work, for session security and for payment flows. Without them, sign-in, subscription and panel access may not work correctly.

  • anaduyu_session: clinic user session (httpOnly, approximately 365 days)
  • anaduyu_platform: platform super-admin session (httpOnly, approximately 365 days)
  • iyzico_*: short-lived transaction cookies for payment initiation and return (iyzico_conv, iyzico_plan, iyzico_mode, iyzico_org, iyzico_return, iyzico_email, iyzico_pending and similar)

3.2. Preference / notice cookies

  • anaduyu-cookie-consent (localStorage): remembering that you acknowledged the cookie notice
  • anaduyu_firstrun_done: remembers that you completed the demo clinic and product introduction so returning visits can go directly to the registration form (preference cookie / localStorage, approximately 1 year)

3.3. Analytics and performance

PostHog product analytics may be used to understand service usage, reduce errors and improve the product (default endpoint in the Europe / EU region). PostHog may process data such as page views, product events and (where enabled) session recordings. Sensitive fields are masked; this category is still not a strictly necessary cookie.

First-party visit counters (page views, phone / WhatsApp clicks) may also be kept on clinic public pages; these do not require a session cookie.

4. Legal basis and purposes

  • Strictly necessary cookies: performance of the contract, providing the service and information security (KVKK Art. 5)
  • Analytics: product development and statistics within the framework of legitimate interests and/or explicit consent

5. Third parties

iyzico may use cookies or similar technologies in payment transactions; PostHog in analytics; and the relevant cloud providers in hosting and CDN infrastructure. Those providers' own privacy policies also apply.

6. How can you manage cookies?

  • You can save your preference with "Accept" on the site cookie notice.
  • You can delete or block cookies, or restrict third-party cookies, in your browser settings.
  • Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break sign-in and payment flows.

7. Retention periods

Session cookies last approximately 365 days; payment transaction cookies are short-lived until the relevant flow is completed. The duration of analytics cookies varies according to the provider's policy. Your consent preference remains in your browser storage; if you clear it, the notice is shown again.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version is always published at /cookie-policy. The Turkish version is at /cerez-politikasi.
